This video exists because “helping people find jobs” means different things to different platforms. Often, job seekers grow weary of platforms that promise results but deliver endless searching. Indeed wanted to draw a clear line between other job board competitors and actually getting hired. I wrote the text to reinforce that difference, walking viewers through the reality that Indeed is built to help people find jobs. They don’t just host listings. They help people get hired, no matter where they are in the process.

There’s the job hunt, and then there’s the talent hunt. The ever-changing world of work and its curveball-like nuances continue to inspire Indeed to provide a faster way to bridge the gap. With smart, short, yet bold headlines, I was able to create a sense of calm, combined with a sense of urgency for both employers and job seekers.
