Baywood Homecare (based out of my hometown!) wanted to revamp their website content from top to bottom. My first step was a full copy audit to evaluate existing content and identify gaps in messaging. I addressed the pain point of families who are often concerned about the safety of their loved ones and the quality of in-home care by using warm language that reinforced Baywood’s reputation as a reliable care provider they could fully trust.

Careers in care

Baywood wanted their Careers page to feel less like a job listing and more like an invitation to join a meaningful career. I rewrote the content to speak directly to caregivers, showing the value of the work, the supportive culture caregivers can expect, and the rewarding experience of being part of their team.
